By far the best hat for sun protection that I've owned. The sturdy, wide brim protects neck and face. The mesh allows air flow and cooling--and means you can pack it flat in a suitcase and it still comes out looking great. And the leather thong keeps it in place when it's windy. When it's dirty, you can just put it through a normal cold wash and it's like new again.
