The belts are very flat as advertised. I had originally seen this on the Today Show and have been looking for it ever since. I was disappointed that they were white and not translucent, so they don't hide well on black jeans. They are also very stiff and the edge cuts a little. It does slim the part of the jeans that pokes out on your tummy but not as much as I hoped. I thought they would be more resilient and give a bit.

These two belts are exactly as the product description states: invisible in the front because you buckle them in the back. In the back, I can't tell I'm wearing it either. Unlike other reviewers, I did not notice a bad smell, nor did I have any trouble adjusting the belt. You must adjust it before putting it on, but it took only a couple of tries to get it right. I'm very pleased with this product.
