It fits in a pocket nicely -- scrub and/or lab coat. Has extra slots for keeping things. The leather is nice and you can use it for horizontal or vertical prescription pads.

Millennium Leather Prescription Pad Holder: Review February 05, 2011
Reviewer: Anonymous from Anderson, IN
I really like this prescription pad holder. It has the capability to hold either side bound or top bound prescription pads. It has a nice pocket for storing my copy of the prescription for utilization until they can be filed with the chart. It fits in my lab coat pocket or purse nicely. The only thing missing is a closure. It would be nice to secure it shut while in my purse.

This is a nice Rx holder. The problem with it is simply is that it is designed to hold either top opening or side opening scripts, and it is bigger than it has to be.

Nice Product! August 30, 2009

I needed a small to meduim sized notepad book to keep in my purse and this does the job nicely. It is nice, soft leather and it has the two different slots on the side so that you can use either top bound paper or side bound. I did expect it to come with a pad of paper, which it did not, but, that's ok. It has plenty of slots for extras. Just what I expected it to be.

Decent pad holder April 20, 2009

The reason I was looking for a pad is that I have one pad from my hospital and another the triplicate pad. They both did fit this pad but the size of the pad was larger than I expected or needed. But otherwise I am still using it. I need to carry my pads in my labcoat pocket to keep them safe and secure.
