I think this hat looks great. I love that it is hand made, and I see the detail in the craftsmanship. I chose the lighter color, and I'm glad I did. The light color or Natural looks amazing. This is a hat that you have to maintain if you want it to last. Overall I love the hat.

The hat offers great protection against the sun, is light and comfortable to wear. I am happy with that part. My only problem is that part of the straw is starting to fray on top after only a few wearings and I am afraid the hat won't wear very well. I probably won't buy another Pantropic hat.

The Pantropic Fedora Explorer is a nice hat. I bought this to provide sun protection, and at spf 50, it does that well. The fit is right and the hat is comfortable. I have already experienced some windy days, and the hat stays on nicely. Overall, I am very satisfied and thus recommend this to you.
