I love my hat! It is comparable to more expensive hats like Javitz and Kaminskis! Fits so comfortably yet its wide brim protects the face from the sun. Many hats are too tight for my head, but this one has an adjustable string. Love it!

One Size Fits All Means a Pretty Big Hat.... July 05, 2010

I have had a Pantropic Sonoma hat for years, and I love it. I was delighted when I found another Pantropic Sonoma online. When the hat arrived, however, I was a bit distressed to find that the one size fits all is pretty big, much too big for me. After some research, I discovered that the raffia tie around the crown can be cinched in to make the hat a smaller fit, so I decided to keep it, although I wish it was the same size as my original hat (which had a slightly smaller brim and crown as well as "head size" circumference). Other than the size issue, I love the Sonoma Crusher. It is lightweight, offers good sun protection, is loosely enough woven that air can circulate within the hat, and it can be squished into a suitcase.
