I have owned these socks for many years, i.e greater than 5, or rather so many I can't remember when I bought them. I have numerous pairs and colors (although they are limited in their selection) and I wear one pair each week, so I would guess each one has been worn and washed over 250 times.I suffer hot feet and these were the only socks I have ever owned that don't make my feet sore during a days wear.The reason I bought more was simply the one's I have are starting to fade and although the elastic is still great, they are becoming more stiff and not as soft. (My mother who was visiting recently commented on how 'hard' my socks felt, so I thought it was time for some new ones).So, yes they are expensive, but given I'd buy new socks every year that were about half the price, these have paid for themselves many times over. Having said that, there's still sticker shock when buying them, but you have to get over it and try them.I just wish they did more colors, but at least they cover the basics.Go ahead, treat yourself, you won't regret it.

Got this pair and try it on immediately. Its padding is comfortable. Good quality product for now! Need to see how it will be after a couple wearing and washes.

It is hard to get excited about socks. That is just a sartorial fact. They are on your feet, for the most part covered by shoes and pants and . . . they are "just socks!" With this general circumstance in mind, I declare without equivocation that I AM VERY EXCITED BY THESE SOCKS! I discovered the Tulliani "performance dress socks" during a Big Name Store semi-annual sale last summer where they were being sold at way below regular price. I had a few pairs of other socks that were on sale in my hand when I saw the Tulliani in a bin of odd items. I picked up the 4 pairs they had for a steal. After wearing them, I knew I had found the answer to my sock challenges. These socks are very long and have ample room to stretch around my massive calves (really massive!). They also are thicker on the bottom, providing extra comfort and sturdiness where it is most needed. They also have have a great feature that I have never seen elsewhere -- a grey or grey-blue band at the top of the sock that has a different thickness for each design. Thus, after washing 5 pairs matching is made much easier -- just look at the band! To complete my sock tale, I decided to throw away all of my other socks and become a Tulli-only man! When I saw that the store had not restocked, I looked here at Shoebuy.com and was not disappointed! Great socks at great prices. I only wish they had more variety!
