I had owned the shorts version of these pants. They are awesome. Good enough for business casual and tonight I am packing them for a Fall golf trip this weekend. Multifunctional! I bought three colors (khaki, portobello, and black).

I love these pants. They are light weight, comfortable, take up very little space when packing for travel, and do not require ironing. I have 5 pairs of these pants.

These are super pants. They are comfortable and wash and dry easily and quickly. The best thing for me is that they are so basic that they can be dressed up or down. As a dress pant they hang nicely and look sleek. I had four travel pants-all different brands - that I took on a recent trip and couldn't wait to get back home to order more of these Royal Robbins Cardiff pants. These are my travel pants of choice and will have a hard time keeping them just for travel.

Nicely Tailored Pant April 30, 2011

I have worn this style of pant for the last year and have found it be the most versatile pant I own. It is classically tailored, lightweight, slimming, travel worthy and can be worn equally well for adventures, errands and dining out. I had wanted a black pair for a while. I do find that I need to go up a size in this Royal Robbins pant to get a comfortable fit.

I am very pleased with my purchase. They fit well and can be dressed up or down. I especially like the 3 zippered pockets. The cost was more than I would usually pay for a pair of pants, but worth it.

I've been looking at these pants for awhile and just couldn't decide if they would be worth the cost. With a discount offer from Shoebuy (that saved me almost $20), I decided to try them. I've worm them on a recent trip to Colorado and now know they'll work great for most of my travel needs ... pack light and make good choices!

I have 5 of these pants. They are very comfortable and stylish. What I like the best is that the waist belt sits right on the waistline, not on the hip. I wear them hiking, traveling and at the office.

I can't tell you how happy I am to find travel pants that have a real waistline, relaxed fit through the hips and yet look slimming and fresh at the end of the day! I am so happy with my RR's that I purchased another pair in the same style, but different color.

I often have trouble with the fit of pants, b/c I need a short (petite) length. Additionally, my waist is smaller in proportion to my hips. These come in short length, which fit me perfectly. In answer to the sizing question, they probably run a tad large for the size. I like the clean lines and the thin, but not see-thru, fabric. I bought both the black and the khaki and was pleased that the khaki didn't show moisture when I perspired in the heat wave in Atlanta. A great travel pant, due to the light-weight.

These pants are everything I personally needed them to be...especially since I was looking for lightweight pants for spring and summer. For my own needs, I was looking for pants that fit well on the top and have slightly wider legs and these were everything I was looking for. They look good, they can be dressed up or down and have the fit I was looking for. I haven't washed them yet but I have every confidence that they will wash well.
