The leather Boxed Manicure Set by Royce is a very clasic idea. Perfect for on the road or at home.When first opening the box I found it would not be very easy to remove the manicure tools. The box uses a leather hinge in lieu of a stand hinge. This makes opening the box stiff. I turned the box upside down and put about 3 of 4 pounds of books on top to try and relax the leather hinge. I waited overnight and tried opening the box the next day. The leather hinge did relax some and it do make the removel of the manicure tools easier.The manicure tools are high guality precision instruments. Made for a lifetime of use. I think after time using the set the leather hinge will relax further making this a very attractive and classic manicure set.
