A good all-purpose three-season outdoor sock, designed for rugged day hikes or lightweight backpacking. Medium weight cushioning throughout the sock provides protection against blisters on the foot and lace pressure on the instep. Elasticized arch brace helps keep the sock in place and adds arch support. High Density Footbed (HDF) for improved performance, comfort and durability. Crew height. Content: 70% SmartWool, 29% nylon, 1% elastic. Machine wash warm. Tumble dry. Do not bleach.

My husband loves these socks. We have purchased many pairs over the years. Shoebuy had a great price on them. My only complaint is that 2 pairs of socks arrived in a huge, boot-sized box. They could have easily shipped in a small shipping envelope.

My son left a pair at house on his last vist. I tried them on and loved them. I got the name off the bottom of the sock and found them on line. I have been putting them in a hot dryer trying to shrink them a bit.
