Product Description (Women's The North Face Maya Jacket)The North Face® is updating select waterproof, breathable pieces with the HyVent® DT EC by Toray membrane, a move that reflects our desire to find and use alternatives to nonrenewable resources in our manufacturing. As an alternative to the use of petroleum-derived materials, HyVent® DT EC makes use of natural castor oil from beans harvested in Africa and India, reducing the use of synthetic components in these products by 50% compared with conventional fabric membranes. HyVent® DT EC also maintains ideal waterproof, breathable performance qualities and features enhanced performance in cool to cold conditions, making the membrane ideally suited for skiing, snowboarding and other spring and winter weather applications. Features two button-down storm flaps and a double breasted faux button closure with center front zip. Internal pocket and an adjustable, removable belt for style and convenience.
